Personality[]

Having worked with Hazuki for so long, she has learnt to become more honest about the good qualities of games. Tsukasa prefers to say things as they are, and is more open with her criticisms. She is also quite supportive.

Tsukasa is also easily embarrassed by her friends. Her thoughts can be polarizing in comparison to each other, at times.

History[]

She has worked at Eagle Jump ever since Shizuku Hazuki had leading positions. Her long-time colleagues and friends, Karin and Minami have as well.

Synopsis[]

Hard Work[]

The character team and some of the programming team make a brand new beta test of a game idea, to propose for the company's next game. While Hajime and Rin are having a meeting with Christine and Hazuki, Tsukasa, along with the other two members of the design team, are shown the test version.

While her colleagues are more positively receptive towards the game, Tsukasa criticises it, saying that there are too many characters on screen and the lack of strict timing makes their game feel like a simple game of catch. Karin points out that earlier she had been saying that the timing was too strict, causing Tsukasa to blush in embarrassment.

Tsukasa says that she cannot accept the game being made. Her, Karin and Minami have been working for Hazuki from the start, so they had the feeling that she would get ahead of them. She thinks that that is just an excuse, however, as she can see the work that Aoba and the others have put in, and she feels she should be able to admit when something is good as someone who has worked for Hazuki.

She thinks that she could make a better version of the game, however what they have made is good.

Later, the three teams recieve the news that the proposal has been accepted, and Tsukasa congratulates them. As much as it frustrated her, she hopes they can make a great game.

Visit[]

After running into an an model issue, Aoba consults the planning team about whether the baseball club models should have their helmets on. Tsukasa said there is no plan to have them take it off, so she does not need to make a model without them.

Hajime catches onto the conversation, disagreeing and thinking that might be necessary for when the characters take them off during conversations. If they all have helmets on, they lack individuality. Tsukasa believes that would be a waste of work, with their diversity in designs there is already individuality. Also, it is a world where baseball club memebrs are playing dodgeball, it seems like it would be fine to even let have their helmets on even while bathing. Hajime thinks that that idea would be funny.

Thoughts[]

The employees at Eagle Jump are asked for their opinions on the game. Tsukasa thinks that there is a good balance between risk and reward, but in order to appeal to more casual players they might need to reduce risks, such as increasing the time window to catch the ball.

Feeling differently about the game, Hajime later approaches Tsukasa about the matches, saying that the three-on-three matches have become shallow to her. Instead of returning to five-on-five, she wants five-member teams with one as a substitute to allow for more tactical play. Tsukasa asks why she had not said anything earlier, and wonders if it was because she is her senior. It was because Hajime thought her decision was right, and if they are targeting casuals, then three-on-three would be best.

Tsukasa advises Hajime that she should trust her own senses more and rely on others, as that is what the director is supposed to do. She holds responsibility for the game, so Hajime must do whatever she can to accept it. She compliments Hajime's behaviour during the conversation as very "director-like" and promises to do the same while she is directing.
